DAILY MENU ( A LA  CARTE )

Dishes Variety.

The Pamplemousse Restaurant  daily Menu features a variety of dishes -
Salmon and other available fresh Fish, Shellfish, Milk fed Veal, Hobo Steak (for two),
Rack of Lamb (for one), Prime New York, Prime Filet Mignon, Wisconsin corn fed Duck, Vegetarian plate.
(Each of the above items is prepared with three or four different recipes).



Classic dishes such as Filet Wellington, Chateaubriand for two, 
and French Specialties (Veal sweetbreads, kidneys, etc) 
may also be available on request in advance.

 
In addition, there are ten to twelve "a la carte" daily items, including Shrimp Scampi and Soft-Shell Crab.
