DAILY MENU ( A LA  CARTE )

 

Dishes Variety.

The Pamplemousse Restaurant  daily Menu features a variety of dishes -
Salmon and other available fresh Fish, Shellfish, Milk fed Veal, Hobo Steak (for two),
Rack of Lamb (for one), Prime New York, Prime Filet Mignon, Wisconsin corn fed Duck, Vegetarian plate.
(Each of the above items is prepared with three or four different recipes).



Classic dishes such as Filet Wellington, Chateaubriand for two, 
and French Specialties (Veal sweetbreads, kidneys, etc) 
may also be available on request in advance.

In addition, there are ten to twelve "a la carte" daily items, including Shrimp Scampi and Soft-Shell Crab. 

"We work mostly with what we find fresh at the market," Georges says.

You'll  begin your dining experience with a beautifully arranged basket of fresh seasonable vegetables,
from which to create a salad customized to your own special taste. A delightfully unique presentation that has become a hallmark of Pamplemousse French Restaurant.

 Belgian Endives , Cherry  Tomatoes, Celery, Romaine, Radicchio, Carrots, Fennel, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Red Cab, Radish, Broccoli, Cucumber,Marinated Olives etc...
Served with Dijon vinaigrette or Ranch dressing
Crisp French Bread and salted butter .

or with a cranberry and Chambord  French raspberry liquor sauce

or classic sauce Normande with apples deglace with Calvados.
