The Pamplemousse Restaurant daily Menu features a variety of dishes - Salmon and other available fresh Fish, Shellfish, Milk fed Veal, Hobo Steak (for two), Rack of Lamb (for one), Prime New York, Prime Filet Mignon, Wisconsin corn fed Duck, Vegetarian plate. (Each of the above items is prepared with three orent recipes). Classic dishes such as Filet Wellington, Chateaubriand for two, and French Specialties (Veal sweetbreads, kidneys, etc) In addition, there are ten to twelve "a la carte" daily items and "specials" , including Shrimp Scampi and Soft-Shell Crab.
